Become a peer mentor

You’ve already signed a contract. Share the lessons you wish someone had given you before your first contract — current ship, role, track, years sailing, what you help with. We’ll reach back about the peer-mentor program once we’ve read your note.

You don’t need an account. Active applicants in your track will reach you using the contact preference you choose, and the quartermasters read each entry by hand before matching.
